About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and business growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling marketing solutions such as SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, website development, and branding services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of business needs.
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and present customized sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop client-specific campaigns and strategies.
• Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the digital marketing domain.
• Handle contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, etc.).
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.
