Job Title: Sales Manager – Digital Marketing & E - Commerce
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
l Lead the sales and channel expansion of Winona in the Qatari market, covering brand counters, pharmacies, beauty chains, and e-commerce platforms; develop and implement localized sales strategies;
l Take full ownership of both offline and online sales activities, including channel acquisition, product listing, pricing strategy, promotions, inventory coordination, and sales performance tracking;
l Establish and manage a local distribution and reseller network, working closely with partners to drive growth and enhance brand visibility;
l Follow up on product registration, labeling, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth market entry;
l Plan and execute brand marketing activities such as KOL collaborations, in-store promotions, and e-commerce campaigns to increase awareness and consumer loyalty;
l Participate in sales forecasting and annual budgeting to support business targets;
l Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and government-related entities;
l Supervise and develop the local sales team to ensure strong execution and team performance;
l Support business expansion into neighboring GCC countries if required.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Retail Management, Brand Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
l Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management for cosmetics or skincare brands, with proven ability to independently manage the full operational cycle for both offline stores and online platforms, including channel development, product onboarding, pricing & promotion, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination;
l Experience as a brand manager deployed by the brand owner, a regional brand representative, or a brand lead at an agency/distributor with full responsibility for brand operations in a specific market is highly preferred;
l Prior experience with functional skincare brands such as Avene, La Roche-Posay, SkinCeuticals, Vichy, Kiehl’s, etc., is a strong advantage;
l Candidates with working experience in Dubai are preferred;
l Familiarity with retail channel structures in the Middle East, and strong abilities in channel development, negotiation, and relationship management;
l Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or Arabic is an added advantage;
l Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
l Demonstrated leadership capabilities and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Working Conditions:
l Role is primarily based in the market and retail environment rather than a fixed office location;
l Flexible working hours required, with adaptability for ad-hoc tasks and business needs;
l Occasional travel to other GCC countries may be required.
Salary Range:
l QAR 12,000 – QAR 15,000 / month
