Sales Manager | Digital Marketing (US Market)

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with hands-on digital marketing exposure who can independently manage the US market, own revenue targets, lead SDRs, and actively contribute to strategy-level sales conversations. This role is not limited to selling services, it demands business thinking, market understanding, and strong execution discipline.

Non-Negotiables

Do not apply if you do not meet all of the following:

  • 4–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing services
  • Direct experience selling to US-based clients
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing offerings (paid media, SEO, lead generation, funnels, email marketing, CRO, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar
  • Ability to book demos, lead sales calls, present strategies, and close deals
  • Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to:
  • Analyze lead quality
  • Estimate ROI
  • Provide on-the-spot marketing advice to prospects
  • Experience generating, nurturing, and closing leads using multiple lead generation channels
  • Willingness to work US-facing hours when required

  • Advise prospects on what they should do first, not just what they can buy
  • Build complete sales plans aligned with quarterly and monthly targets
  • Think beyond individual deals and focus on pipeline sustainability

You are expected to:

  • Fully understand company revenue goals, growth direction, and positioning
  • Align daily sales activities with monthly and quarterly targets
  • Track personal and team performance against KPIs
  • Adjust approach quickly if targets are at risk
  • Treat targets as commitments, not aspirations

Leadership & Team Ownership

This is a leadership role, even if the team is small.

You must:

  • Manage and guide a team of SDRs
  • Set quality benchmarks for outreach, qualification, and handovers
  • Review work critically and reject average or incomplete outputs
  • Motivate the team through clarity, accountability, and example
  • Own team results as your own

Sales Execution Responsibilities

  • Book and conduct demos with US prospects
  • Lead discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Present sales pitches and digital marketing strategies confidently
  • Prepare:
  • Proposals
  • Sales scripts
  • Documentation
  • Pricing justifications
  • Handle multiple prospects and clients simultaneously without drop-offs
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals and commitments

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Lead generation channels (paid ads, outbound, inbound, email, etc.)
  • Email marketing workflows and automation logic
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • High comfort with numbers, projections, and performance metrics
  • Strong organizational skills with CRM discipline
  • Confident, sharp, and professional demeanor in client-facing situations

Aligned with 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
