Sales Manager / Direct Sales – CCTV & ELV Systems.

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Direct Sales for our CCTV and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, and delivering tailored security and automation solutions to a diverse range of clients.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge of ELV systems and a proven track record of "hunting" and closing high-value contracts in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
• Solution Selling: Conduct site surveys to understand client requirements and design comprehensive ELV solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, Public Address, and Structured Cabling.
• Technical Proposals: Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare accurate technical submittals, commercial bids, and quotations.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and initial presentation to negotiation and final contract signing.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users to secure repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Sales, with at least 3 years specifically within the CCTV & ELV industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IP-based security systems, network topology, and integrated building management systems (IBMS).
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and KPIs.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or Business Marketing.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
