We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with expertise in doors and loading systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build and maintain client relationships, and lead the sales team in achieving ambitious goals. This role requires strong industry knowledge and excellent leadership skills, alongside a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and define effective approaches to win business in the doors and loading systemssegment.
- Forecast sales performance and provide periodic reports to senior management.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Market Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance results.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budget plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the doors or loading equipment industry(required).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of doors, loading systems, and associated products or services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipelines and reports effectively.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Access to a personal vehicle for travel within the region (mandatory).
