What You’ll Do


  • Driving new business growth – Identify, engage, and close deals with mid-to-large e-commerce and retail clients seeking next-generation loyalty solutions.
  • Owning the sales pipeline – Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Consultative solution selling – Understand clients’ business models and loyalty challenges to design tailored SaaS solutions that drive measurable ROI.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally – Work closely with marketing and product teams to align market insights with product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Developing strategic partnerships – Expand our partner ecosystem through alliances with tech providers, agencies, and system integrators in the retail and e-commerce space.
  • Achieving (and exceeding) revenue goals – Because growth and successful deal-making are at the heart of what we do.
  • Managing key accounts during the sales phase – Build strong relationships throughout the sales cycle to ensure a smooth handover to the post-sales team.


What We’re Looking For

Experience: 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, key account management, or business development, preferably with loyalty, CRM/CDP or marketing automation platforms.

Track record: Proven success in managing enterprise accounts and achieving consistent revenue growth.

Strategic mindset : Ability to translate complex business needs into loyalty strategies that drive engagement and retention.

Relationship builder: Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and maintaining strong relationships.

Tech & Industry Awareness: Strong understanding of loyalty, CRM, and marketing automation technologies, as well as how they integrate within e-commerce and retail ecosystems.

Sales Enablement & Tools: Proficient in using CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and data-driven insights to manage pipelines and optimize sales performance.

Domain knowledge: Deep understanding of e-commerce and retail business models, including customer lifecycle management and omnichannel engagement.

Self-starter: You thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership of your targets and accounts.

Language: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
