Position Overview
The Sales Manager – Edutainment Division is responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing relationships with schools and educational institutions to promote and secure participation in domestic and international educational travel programs. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the client portfolio, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions.
- Promote and sell educational tours, STEM programs, leadership camps, university visits, and experiential learning programs.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets for the assigned market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school leaders, and trip coordinators.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized itineraries based on client requirements.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and parent information sessions.
- Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, travel, or tourism.
- Experience working with schools and educational institutions is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker
