Job Title: Sales Manager – ELV (Project Sales)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Manager – ELV (Project Sales) to lead business development and expand our market footprint across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of proven experience in ELV, security systems, and building technologies, with strong capabilities in project sales, client acquisition, and market expansion.

The role demands in-depth technical knowledge of ELV systems, excellent industry relationships, and the ability to secure and manage high-value projects through strategic planning and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth targets for ELV solutions (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA, BMS, Structured Cabling, SMATV, IPTV, etc.).
  • Identify, qualify, and secure project sales opportunities with developers, consultants, MEP contractors, and system integrators.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client visits, technical presentations, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations and comply with project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key industry decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor trends, pricing strategies, and new technologies impacting the ELV and security market.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and UAE regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in ELV, security, or building technology project sales within the UAE.
  • Strong technical understanding of ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Intercom, SMATV/IPTV, Structured Cabling, and BMS.
  • Established professional network within UAE construction, MEP contracting, and consultancy sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (own vehicle preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED14,500.00 per month
