Job Title: Sales Manager – ELV (Project Sales)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Sales Manager – ELV (Project Sales) to lead and grow our Extra-Low Voltage systems business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of proven experience in ELV, security, and building technology sectors, with a strong track record in project sales, key account management, and business development.
This role involves securing major projects, expanding market presence, and providing technical and commercial leadership to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Public Address, BMS, SMATV, IPTV, Intercom, etc.).
  • Identify, qualify, and secure large-scale project opportunities with developers, consultants, MEP contractors, and system integrators.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, technical presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Work closely with design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure proposals align with project specifications and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with company policies and UAE standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in ELV systems, security solutions, or building technologies within the UAE market.
  • Strong technical expertise in ELV systems including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, Intercom, SMATV, IPTV, and related technologies.
  • Well-established network of clients, consultants, and MEP contractors across the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (own car preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
