Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – ELV to lead and grow our Extra Low Voltage (ELV) business. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, proven leadership skills, and a solid track record in project-based sales. This role involves managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to secure profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ELV revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the ELV sales team to improve performance and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiations to project award.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate technical and commercial submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and industry standards.

  • Structured Cabling (Data & Voice)
  • Public Address & Background Music Systems
  • Audio-Visual & Conference Room Solutions
  • Intrusion / Security Alarm Systems
  • SMATV / IPTV / Intercom Systems
  • BMS & Integration (preferred)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in ELV sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
  • Strong understanding of ELV products, systems, and project execution workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and close large project deals.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
