Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in ELV and Home Automation systems. The ideal candidate will have solid technical understanding, strong client connections, and proven experience in handling project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for ELV and Home Automation solutions.
• Generate new business leads with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and solution demonstrations.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-up on project requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams for design and execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in ELV/Home Automation sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Home Automation, Smart Lighting, AV Systems, etc.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
