Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and target-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in ELV and Home Automation systems. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, strong client connections, and the ability to drive project-based sales across the UAE market. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in ELV and Home Automation sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and customized solution demonstrations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and project teams for accurate design, estimation, and execution support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in ELV or Home Automation project sales in the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Home Automation, Smart Lighting, AV Systems, Networking, etc.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
