Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in ELV and Home Automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong market connections, and a proven track record in securing project-based sales. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for ELV and Home Automation solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow up on project requirements.
• Work closely with technical, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate design and project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support business growth.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in ELV and/or Home Automation sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Smart Home Systems, Smart Lighting, AV Systems, and other ELV solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).
• Strong network of clients within the UAE market is an advantage.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
