Job Responsibility:
- Set payroll accounts, personal finance & credit card targets for the sales teams and monitor their achievement to ensure that sales targets for the assigned business are met.Assist in identifying and converting trade opportunities with SME and Corporate clients.
- Achieve Cross selling targets of non assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.
- Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance to enhance sales volumes.
- Create and build product awareness amongst the team members through mailers, events, kiosk etc. to prospect business.
- Manage key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty
- Supervise sales team by tracking their performance and make recommendations for improving their competence and productivity.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business or related field
- 2 -3 years of experience in similar role
