Sales Manager – ennVee Gulf Operations (Dubai)

ennVee TechnoGroup Inc., a global technology transformation partner and Oracle ecosystem specialist, is expanding its presence in the Middle East with the launch of its Dubai operations.
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our market development in the UAE, driving growth across enterprise cloud, ERP transformation, and managed services.
Location: Dubai Mainland (Visa sponsorship available)
Reports to: VP – Strategy & Growth

What You'll Own

    Lead end-to-end sales engagements – from opportunity identification to deal closure and expansion
    Build and grow ennVee’s UAE pipeline across consulting, implementation, and managed services
    Develop relationships within the Oracle ecosystem and regional partner network
    Engage with enterprise leaders across industries such as trading, logistics, manufacturing, and services
    Contribute to ennVee’s regional growth strategy and long-term GCC expansion

Must-Haves

    6–10 years of B2B IT / ERP / enterprise software sales experience in the UAE
    Strong network within the regional enterprise ecosystem
    Demonstrated success in closing enterprise technology deals
    Experience selling Oracle ERP, Fusion Cloud, or enterprise SaaS solutions preferred
    Consultative sales approach with strong new-business development capability
    UAE driving license
    Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
