Sales Manager- Enterprise Accounts - KSA

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that enable acquisition of new prestigious accounts and expansion of existing ones.
  • Manage, mentor, and expand a team of Enterprise Account Managers from 5 to 10 , building a high-performing sales culture.
  • Hire, onboard, and groom new Account Managers, equipping them with the skills, tools, and knowledge to succeed.
  • Identify and pursue enterprise opportunities in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services .
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, leveraging strong existing contacts in Riyadh and across KSA .
  • Drive the transition into a verticalized go-to-market approach (e.g., financial services, government, healthcare, energy), ensuring alignment with client priorities.
  • Ensure profitable growth , balancing top-line expansion with healthy margins and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery teams to ensure value-driven client outcomes.
  • Drive complex deal negotiations, including contract structuring and multi-year agreements.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Represent Diyar at industry conferences, vendor events, and executive forums to expand visibility and influence.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of IT sales experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets in KSA.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling sales teams (minimum 5+ direct reports, ideally with growth planning).
  • Deep expertise in digital transformation programs alongside SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
  • Extensive local experience and established contacts in Riyadh and the broader KSA market (a must).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for forecasting, pipeline governance, and account planning.
  • Arabic language speaker with excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
