Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, digital channels, and industry references.
Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present the Pinga ERP product as a solution.
Deliver effective product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Prepare quotations and commercial offers.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and update CRM/MIS reports regularly.
Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for client visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidates with proven B2B ERP or software sales experience (preferred).
3–7 years of experience in software/ERP/IT product sales, preferably in the real estate domain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work on incentive-based compensation.
Must be based in Delhi NCR.
Package - this position has a fixed and a variable incentive as a part of the package. the candidate can earn even double the fixed salary part as incentives each month on atrget achievement.
Ideally candidates with aggressive sales attitude and fire to meet target.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
