Sales Manager (Female)

Luxurious Flowers, a premium flower shop in Dubai, is looking for a Sales Manager with 2–4 years of sales experience to join our team. If you’re passionate about sales, customer service, and luxury floral arrangements, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail and corporate clients.
• Manage day-to-day shop sales operations.
• Coordinate with florists and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop new business opportunities for weddings, events, and corporate gifting.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience (retail or flower/gifting industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a creative mindset.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
