Sales Manager (Female Preferred)

Job Description:
Gulmohar City is hiring motivated and target-driven female Sales Manager to manage team and thier sales performance related to high-volume calling, lead follow-ups, and sales conversions for our residential project.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team satisfactory performance
• Timely follow-up potential clients and build professional relationship
• Ensure team's timely follow-up as per CRM system
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
• Convert site or office visits into closing
• Achieve monthly team target
• Maintain CRM dashboard and true team reporting
• Achieve daily and monthly sales KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in real estate is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and disciplined work approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
