Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in acoustic solutions, architectural products, and interior fit-out sales. This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on business development, and active client engagement within the UAE’s architecture, design, and construction industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional network, proven B2B sales expertise in project-based environments, and the ability to drive revenue growth independently. A valid UAE driver’s license is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales function for acoustic, fit-out, and architectural solutions across the UAE.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, project tracking, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Oversee the preparation of commercial offers, technical submittals, and tender documentation in coordination with design and technical teams.
- Conduct client presentations, site visits, and actively participate in bid submissions and negotiations.
- Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and market conditions to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, materials, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience in acoustic solutions or architectural/interior fit-out products in the UAE.
- Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
- Strong professional network within the construction and design community.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Excellent negotiation, client communication, and solution-based selling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independently leading sales initiatives.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
