Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Execution:•Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for architectural finishing products in the KSA market.
- Achieve sales targets and market share objectives set by the company.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, specifying, tendering, and closing deals.
Client & Consultant Engagement:
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to specify products in upcoming projects.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the construction sector.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
- Recommend pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market penetration plans.
- Provide feedback to management for continuous product and service improvement.
Project Tracking & Coordination:
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects to secure product approvals at design and tender stages.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Middle East, including at least 5 years exclusive experience in KSA selling architectural finishing products.
- Strong experience in product specification with consultants and handling key accounts in the construction industry.
- Fluency in English & Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.

- Deep knowledge of KSA construction market, procurement practices, and key players.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within KSA for client meetings and project follow-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with international standards and specifications related to architectural products. but not mandatory).
