Sales Manager - Fit Out

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales Execution:•Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for architectural finishing products in the KSA market.
  • Achieve sales targets and market share objectives set by the company.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, specifying, tendering, and closing deals.

Client & Consultant Engagement:

  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to specify products in upcoming projects.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the construction sector.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market penetration plans.
  • Provide feedback to management for continuous product and service improvement.

Project Tracking & Coordination:

  • Track ongoing and upcoming projects to secure product approvals at design and tender stages.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Middle East, including at least 5 years exclusive experience in KSA selling architectural finishing products.
  • Strong experience in product specification with consultants and handling key accounts in the construction industry.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of KSA construction market, procurement practices, and key players.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within KSA for client meetings and project follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with international standards and specifications related to architectural products. but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼16,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
