Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging

Location: Central Line, Mumbai (Mulund West)

Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum

Experience Required: 2 – 10 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong industry knowledge in flexible packaging. The ideal candidate should have experience handling large MNC clients, strong presentation skills, and the ability to expand business within the flexible packaging segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business in the flexible packaging segment.
• Identify and penetrate large MNC accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Deliver impactful product presentations and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable packaging solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Excellent knowledge of flexible packaging materials and applications.
• Proven experience in dealing with large MNC clients.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop industry connections and generate new leads.
• Strategic thinking and target-driven approach.
• Good understanding of polymers, laminates, and packaging structures is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Based in or willing to work from Central Line, Mumbai (Mulund West).
• Strong industry network in FMCG / Pharma / Food packaging sectors is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and capable of handling independent territory management.
