Sales Manager – Retail & TT - FMCG

This position is responsible for driving end-to-end sales strategies and operations for bottled water portfolio across UAE. The role ensures revenue growth, market penetration, team leadership, and channel development in line with the company's expansion goals.

KRAs:

- Develop and implement integrated sales strategies for PET retail packs across B2B, B2C, and retail channels.

- Establish and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, property managers, and corporate clients.
Identify high-demand regions and optimize market coverage for both subscription-based and retail distribution.

- Lead, coach, and monitor a team of sales supervisors, representatives, and merchandisers to achieve defined KPIs.

- Build brand presence and visibility through shelf space negotiations, promotions, and strategic pricing.

- Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize execution.

- Collaborate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to align demand planning and promotional initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to UAE's trade, health, and retail compliance standards.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget proposals.

- Actively drive business development initiatives to ensure consistent and sustainable growth.

- Maintain and manage a comprehensive customer database to support effective CRM strategies.

- Ensure achievement of targeted topline revenue and overall sales performance.

- Support the Accounts Department by assisting in follow-ups on outstanding receivables/collections.

- Liaise with suppliers to manage procurement processes efficiently and maintain supply continuity.

- Provide timely, effective business solutions aligned with specific client needs.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their goals and providing customized service.

- Target and secure new accounts, especially those with multiple outlets and high-volume potential.

- Ensure placement of product authorizations, packages, and promotions in all regional accounts.

Minimum Requirements to Qualify for the Interview:

- Bachelor’s degree in BA Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive sales experience within the UAE, preferably in bottled water, beverages, or FMCG.
- Proven expertise in both B2B and retail (modern trade and traditional trade) channel development.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong network with UAE-based corporates, retail chains, HORECA, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. (SAP/Sonic/Salesforce/ERP)

- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

- Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian) would be an added advantage.

- Valid UAE driving license
