Hiring Channel Sales Manager for FMCG Section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper product distribution and merchandising in the assigned area or sales channel.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual & monthly target by SKU
- Develop outlets sales and increase coverage and penetration as per set KPIs
- Identify issues (problems or opportunities) that will affect sales volume and take action proactively
- Develop selling abilities of assigned resources (train, coach, evaluate and develop his team)
- Schedule the appropriate amount of time to work with each individual within the team
- Provide leadership and direction to the team
- Review Sales and take action proactively
- Review journey plan, stock levels and operational effectiveness of team to maximize penetration
- Authorize requests for damages/returns and any special credit arrangements made with customers after consulting his manager
- Achieve corporate merchandising objectives and obtains maximum display support in all stores
- Implement and monitor all planned promotional activities
- Coordinate correspondences and communication between his team and GM
- Provide regular report on competitors activities, price changes and promotional support
- Comply with all company policies, instructions and directives
- Spend 85% of time in the field supported with field contact reports, 10% Planning & Organization, 5% reporting
- Develop conceptual selling presentations for his team and train them on the use
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of FMCG sales supervisory experience (Channel/Key Account experience preferred)
- Qatar driving license
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
