Sales Manager – FMCG Platform

Kuala, India

We are hiring a proactive Sales Manager to join our AI-powered FMCG platform. The role offers work-from-home flexibility with occasional client visits. You will engage with retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers, build relationships, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and explain platform benefits.
  • Conduct online demos and presentations.
  • Visit customers for meetings and negotiations (travel reimbursed).
  • Maintain sales records and manage leads through CRM.
  • Convert leads into customers and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Target-driven and motivated to achieve results.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.

Job Details:

  • Salary: ₹5 LPA
  • Incentive: 10% on monthly revenue above ₹2.5 L
  • Mode: Work from Home + client visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
