Sales Manager (f/m/div)

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Collaborate with customers and engineers to understand and identify system requirements and equipment needs
  • Proactively drive sales performance, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and design win targets
  • Deliver comprehensive, customized solutions that address customer challenges and consistently exceed expectations
  • Promote Infineon’s cutting-edge product portfolio using internal resources and tools
  • Act as a unifying force, federating and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and deliver results
  • Maintain documentation of activities, tracking and reporting progress
  • Drive business development activities for the Middle East and Africa regions

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

We are looking for someone who is focused on achieving goals, aiming to find ways that benefit both your company and your clients. You combine your technical knowledge with your personal qualities to produce excellent outcomes in our fast-paced tech-driven environment.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, B2B account management, or a similar role, preferably within the semiconductor or technology industry and the Security & Smart Card market
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the Middle East and Africa regions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering sustained business growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluency in English (German and Arabic skills would be a plus)
