We are looking for “Sales Manager” for one of our prestigious client who is a construction company dedicated to building high-quality, sustainable and innovative development projects by integrating eco-friendly building practices & modern technology and create future-ready spaces that enhance lifestyles and communities.

With expertise spanning residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, they focus on creating spaces by transforming ideas into reality through meticulous planning, cutting-edge design, precision engineering with environmental responsibility. Craft luxurious homes, designing efficient commercial spaces, developing large-scale infrastructure, they prioritize transparency, quality craftsmanship, and timely project execution, making them a trusted partner in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and convert leads for construction contracts, including residential and commercial turnkey projects.

· Generate leads through various channels — digital marketing, broker networks, referrals, and walk-ins.

· Identify, engage, and sign up new works contracts with individual clients and businesses.

· Drive sales of completed and ongoing Projects developments to end users and investors.

· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and contract targets.

· Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations leading to closure.

· Build and maintain relationships with brokers, architects, and developers for business development.

· Prepare and present customized project proposals, pricing, and contracts.

· Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for client requirements and project feasibility.

· Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

· Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and MIS reports.

· Represent TATVA Projects at exhibitions, real estate fairs, and client events.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned projects.

· Manage and guide a team of sales executives to ensure consistent performance.

· Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

· Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle — from inquiry to handover.

· Coordinate with the marketing, design, and project teams for timely client updates and project promotions.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to position projects effectively.

· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduate degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

· 4–10 years of experience in real estate sales, construction contracting, or related sectors.

· Proven ability to close deals and sign commercial/residential construction contracts.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

· Strong local market knowledge and network with channel partners.

· Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and presentation software.

· Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
