Sales Manager for organizing Exhibition in Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities for international exhibitions in Kuwait. The role requires strong skills in sales, client relationship management, and event organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract exhibitors and sponsors
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Manage sales team and ensure targets are achieved
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for successful exhibition execution
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in exhibitions, events, or related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
