Sales Manager (Part-Time) – ShawneeCraft Brewing Company

Love craft beer? Know your way around the Pocono bar and restaurant scene? ShawneeCraft Brewing Company is looking for a hands-on, relationship-driven Sales Manager to help grow our footprint right here in the Pocono Mountains.

This is a part-time role (around 20 hours/week - with room to grow) managing an existing book of business while building new relationships—especially focused on keg sales.

What You’ll Do:

· Take over and manage all current Monroe County accounts

· Do a weekly delivery to Easton and the Lehigh Valley

· Grow new business, with a focus on bars and restaurants in the Poconos and Lehigh Valley

· Keep tabs on inventory

· Deliver all product to accounts (delivery vehicle provided)

· Be the face of ShawneeCraft in the market—building strong, local relationships

What We’re Looking For:

· Self-starter who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats

· Strong people skills and a passion for local craft beer

· Physically strong - you'll be lifting and moving kegs on delivery days

· Organized, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves

· Start date as soon as possible

Compensation:

Hourly Wage+

· Commission on all sales

· Commission on all deliveries

You’ll start with established accounts, but there’s plenty of opportunity to grow the territory—and your earnings—alongside one of the region’s most recognizable craft brands.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
