  • Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and projects across various sectors (e.g., real estate developers, event organizers, hospitality, industrial clients).
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share, especially in key growth areas like the GCC region.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance metrics, and report regularly to senior management on progress and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable sales experience, preferably within the construction materials, specialized fabrication, engineering services, or a related industry (tents, steel structures, membrane structures, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets (quotas).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical specifications for materials used in tensile structures (e.g., PVC, PTFE, ETFE fabrics, steel/aluminum framing, engineering load requirements).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background (e.g., Civil Engineering) combined with sales experience is a significant advantage.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (fluency in English is required; Arabic is often a plus in the KSA/UAE market).
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large project pipeline effectively.
  • Valid local driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
