About the Role

Imperial Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Fresh Produce) to lead sales and business development activities for our fresh produce division. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, developing key customer relationships, and achieving sales growth across retail, wholesale, hospitality, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Manage key accounts including supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and wholesalers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and sales contracts.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize results.

Hard Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Fresh Produce, FMCG, Food Distribution, Agriculture, or Agribusiness.
  • Strong B2B sales and key account management experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Nice to have

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 per month
