Naos is hiring – Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our export sales operations and commercial team in the fresh produce sector. The role involves managing UK/EU/Middle East accounts, driving strategic growth, and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced export environment.
What you’ll do:
Lead and develop the Sales & Supply Chain team (Sales Executives, Account Managers, Coordinators)
Set KPIs, targets, and performance plans for the team
Manage key retailer, wholesaler, and importer accounts
Expand existing accounts and secure new clients across multiple regions
Oversee commercial strategy, contract negotiations, and market analysis
Coordinate sales plans with production, QC, packhouse, and logistics teams
Represent the company at international trade events
Requirements:
20+ years in the fresh-produce export sector
10+ years in senior leadership managing commercial/export operations
Proven success with UK/EU retailer and wholesale accounts
Strong understanding of supply chains, cold chain, QC processes, and export documentation
Experience managing multi-role commercial/supply chain teams
Fluent English and CRM/ERP proficiency (Odoo preferred)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
