Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with the background of Spices & agricultural products to oversee and expand our international sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Sales and export activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Sales & Business development

• Identify and research potential international buyers and distributors for spices.
• Support in generating leads and maintaining sales databases
• Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-ups with buyers
• Coordinate with the production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Generate revenue by bringing orders from overseas
• Connecting with new clients overseas and generate revenue
• Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with international buyers
• Identifying new markets and business opportunities
• Coordinating with the stakeholders and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Achieving Monthly Sales Target of 1 to 2 CR.

Market Knowledge & Client Relations

• Familiarity with spices/agro-commodity sector (added advantage, not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of international trade platforms (e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia).
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to explore overseas markets.

Education: Bachelor’s degree. International Trade, Logistics, or any related field.

Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales of spices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good Communication.
• Ability to travel internationally if required.
