Pay: $25 – $35 per hour + Weekly Bonus/Incentives + Performance Commission

Wellness Docs is redefining healthcare through a functional, patient-centered approach. We specialize in physical therapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic care, IV therapy, hormone optimization, and holistic medicine, helping patients achieve long-term health and performance.

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our growth efforts. This is a leadership role for a Closer who knows how to build a team, refine a sales process, and drive clinic revenue. You will oversee the patient consultation process and manage our outreach and sales staff to ensure Wellness Docs remains the premier choice for functional medicine in Cincinnati.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the sales and outreach teams to hit weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Conduct high-level patient consultations and close high-ticket wellness care plans
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion rates to optimize the sales funnel
  • Train staff on objection handling, consultative selling, and financial coordination
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
  • Refine the patient onboarding journey to ensure high commitment and retention
  • Analyze sales data and report performance trends to executive leadership
  • Maintain a high-energy, results-oriented culture within the sales department

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or high-ticket consultative sales required
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Expert-level communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience in healthcare, fitness, or premium service-based sales is highly preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing sales metrics
  • Passion for the wellness industry and functional medicine
