Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in the furniture hardware industry. The ideal candidate must have prior sales experience with competitor brands in the hardware segment and possess in-depth knowledge of architectural fittings, furniture hardware products, and channel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for assigned regions.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, OEM clients, and project customers.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Present product portfolios, pricing, and offers effectively to clients and partners.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to plan promotional activities and new launches.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Lead a team of sales executives or territory managers (if applicable) to drive performance.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.
- Stay updated on the latest furniture hardware trends, technologies, and competitor products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the furniture hardware industry.
- Prior experience working with competitor brands such as Hettich, Hafele, Ebco, Hettich, Godrej Interio, Blum, or similar companies is mandatory.
- Strong network of dealers, distributors, and project clients within the furniture and interior domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and travel extensively for business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
