Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, residential or commercial properties.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire property transaction process.
- Conduct property viewings, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential buyers or tenants.
- Prepare and present offers and contracts to clients.
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, and property availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales a to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
- Ensure all required documents, such as contracts and agreements, are accurately prepared and signed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.
What we require:
- Sales experience (Experience with Real Estate Developer )
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Result-oriented mindset and motivation for high earnings
- Fluent German— required (C1 or higher)
- English — B2 or higher
- Additional languages — a plus
