Sales Manager (Group) - $60k annually plus quarterly bonus potential

JOB SUMMARY:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Sales Manager is at the Renaissance Baronette Hotel. If you are a talented professional, passionate about creating extraordinary experiences, then we could be your perfect hotel.

Here’s a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:

  • Managing existing and developing a new portfolio of group accounts
  • Sales calls, tours of the property / site inspections
  • Representation at key trade shows, community involvement and events
  • Meeting / exceeding your goals on all levels
  • Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external customers
  • Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them
  • Executes and supports the company's customer service standards
  • Provides that excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of the company
  • Sets a positive example for guest relations
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels

We’ll be hiring a candidate that has:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hotel group sales experience – preferable 3+ years
  • Ability to reach targets & develop dynamic sales strategies
  • System Knowledge: Strong Consolidate Inventory Total Yield (CITY) system
