About the Role:
CDHorizon FZE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales / Business Development Professional
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of
heavy construction equipment
(Excavators, Dozers, Telehandlers, etc.) and a proven track record in business development within the
construction contractor market
. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving leasing business growth, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing team to achieve regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:
Identify and develop prospective clients in the assigned region to expand the leasing business of heavy construction equipment.

Revenue Growth:
Achieve regional business goals by implementing effective sales strategies and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a marketing team responsible for lead generation, conversion, and achieving monthly sales objectives.

Market Execution:
Ensure strong regional market penetration to accomplish sales and profitability targets while monitoring business performance.

Marketing Strategies:
Devise and execute innovative marketing techniques to attract new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Client Engagement:
Proactively assess client needs, promote the company’s portfolio, and provide tailored solutions.

Commercial Negotiations:
Participate in key project negotiations to secure business deals aligned with regional objectives.

Performance Management:
Guide, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:

Mandatory UAE work experience
in sales/business development within the
construction equipment or leasing industry
.

Fluency in English
(Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Proven expertise in
Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Strong track record of
meeting and exceeding sales targets
in a competitive market.

Market Analysis & Business Development

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
