Sales Manager – High-End Construction Projects

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager -High End Construction Projects for a well-established construction company specializing in luxury villas, commercial office buildings, industrial facilities, and developments up to G+12.

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, developing strong relationships, and closing sales within the luxury construction and office fit-out sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the luxury construction and office fit-out sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry (UAE experience required)
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

Bachelors Degree Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
