As we scale nationally, we are focused on building a disciplined, high-performance remote sales team centered on execution, accountability, and consistent results.

This is a commission-based sales leadership role for experienced producers who can both close and manage performance at a high level.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager (Player-Coach) to drive revenue and manage a team of virtual sales representatives.

This role is production-first. You will be expected to actively close deals while managing and improving the performance of a team that is already being recruited and supported by the company.

This is not a role where you are responsible for building a division from scratch or creating backend systems. The focus is on executing within an existing model, driving conversions, and maintaining high performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively close high-ticket deals via Google Meet on a consistent weekly basis
  • Manage day-to-day performance of assigned sales representatives
  • Track and enforce KPIs (calls, connects, booked calls, closes, revenue)
  • Coach reps through call reviews, role-play, and performance feedback
  • Maintain accountability across the team with clear expectations and measurables
  • Ensure CRM compliance (tracking, reporting, and pipeline management)
  • Work with leadership to improve messaging and increase conversion rates
  • Identify underperformance quickly and take action (coaching or replacement)
  • Maintain strong personal production while managing overall team output

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven experience closing high-ticket offers ($5,000+)
  • Experience managing or leading sales teams (5+ reps preferred)
  • Background in phone or Zoom-based sales environments
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking
  • Ability to enforce structure, discipline, and accountability
  • Comfort operating in a performance-based compensation environment

Strongly Preferred

  • Healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industry experience
  • Experience working within established sales systems (not building from scratch)
  • CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience improving team performance through coaching and accountability

Compensation (Commission-Based)

  • High commission on personal production
  • Override on team-generated revenue
  • Performance-based accelerators tied to production
  • Compensation is designed to reward consistent production and team performance, not tenure.

Specific structure will be discussed with qualified candidates.
