Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Home Automation (Project Sales) to lead and expand our project sales portfolio across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong professional network within the construction, real estate, and consultancy sectors, along with a proven ability to secure and manage large-scale residential and commercial automation projects. This role demands a strategic thinker who can cultivate long-term client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and consistently deliver revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote smart home and building automation solutions including lighting control, HVAC integration, audio-visual systems, security, and automated shading.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new project opportunities through established networks with developers, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and interior designers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, technical presentations, solution design coordination, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and technical teams to create tailored project solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay updated on pricing strategies, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the UAE market.
  • Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • 10–15 years of project sales experience in Home Automation, Smart Home Systems, ELV, or Building Technology within the UAE.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large-scale residential, hospitality, and commercial automation projects.
  • Strong existing client database and professional network among developers, consultants, and contractors in the UAE.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of major automation platforms such as KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and capability to manage complex and long sales cycles.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory; own vehicle preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
