Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and well-presented Sales Manager to join our growing team. The candidate will work remotely, focusing on building relationships with real estate developers, builders, and property maintenance companies, and will be required to attend client meetings and finalize deals in person when needed. This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential for motivated professionals who excel in B2B sales and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to developers, builders, and maintenance companies across the UAE. Present and promote Axess Tech’s smart lock and access control products to potential clients. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals. Share product catalogs, pricing, and proposals with clients. Maintain ongoing relationships and provide after-sales support as needed. Represent Axess Tech professionally at all times and uphold brand values. Prepare periodic reports on leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
