Middle Estate Real Estate is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our off-plan property division. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, a proven sales track record, and must bring his own active sales team along with strong relationships with leading developers in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring and manage an existing off-plan sales team
- Drive off-plan property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain and leverage strong relationships with developers and industry partners
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members for peak performance
- Monitor team KPIs, pipeline activity, and closing ratios
- Provide performance reports and forecasts to management
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Identify new business opportunities to scale the off-plan division
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
- Must currently manage or be able to bring his own sales team
- Strong and active developer connections in the Dubai market
- Proven leadership and consistent closing record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
- Must be ready to join immediately
