Sales Manager I Off-Plan Specialist

Job Description:
SASA Real Estate is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our off-plan property division. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, a proven sales track record, and must bring his own active sales team along with strong relationships with leading developers in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring and manage an existing off-plan sales team
  • Drive off-plan property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Maintain and leverage strong relationships with developers and industry partners
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members for peak performance
  • Monitor team KPIs, pipeline activity, and closing ratios
  • Provide performance reports and forecasts to management
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
  • Identify new business opportunities to scale the off-plan division

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
  • Must currently manage or be able to bring his own sales team
  • Strong and active developer connections in the Dubai market
  • Proven leadership and consistent closing record
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
  • Must be ready to join immediately
