Sales Manager in Printing Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Perfect ND Printing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and drive business growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred)
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
