A well-established and rapidly growing organization in the industrial automation and process control sector is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead its business development activities in Oman. The company is a recognized provider of advanced automation solutions, representing world-class technologies and serving key industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Water, and Manufacturing.


This senior role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with deep technical expertise and a strong network across end users, EPCs, and system integrators. The position offers an excellent opportunity to drive market growth, shape sales strategy, and build long-term customer partnerships in a competitive and high-impact industrial environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Industrial Automation products, solutions, and services in the Oman market.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across industries such as Oil & Gas, Water, Power, and Manufacturing.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, EPCs, and system integrators to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct technical and commercial presentations to customers, showcasing automation solutions and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure efficient proposal development and project execution.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic reports for management review.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within the industrial automation sector.
  • Proven track record in selling Industrial Automation products and solutions (PLC, SCADA, Drives, MCCs, DCS, Safety Systems, etc.).
  • Strong network within end users, EPCs, and system integrators in Oman or the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid Oman / GCC driving license preferred.
