A well-established and rapidly growing organization in the industrial automation and process control sector is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead its business development activities in Oman. The company is a recognized provider of advanced automation solutions, representing world-class technologies and serving key industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Water, and Manufacturing.
This senior role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with deep technical expertise and a strong network across end users, EPCs, and system integrators. The position offers an excellent opportunity to drive market growth, shape sales strategy, and build long-term customer partnerships in a competitive and high-impact industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Industrial Automation products, solutions, and services in the Oman market.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across industries such as Oil & Gas, Water, Power, and Manufacturing.

Manage relationships with key clients, EPCs, and system integrators to achieve business growth targets.

Conduct technical and commercial presentations to customers, showcasing automation solutions and value propositions.

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure efficient proposal development and project execution.

Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic reports for management review.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within the industrial automation sector.

Proven track record in selling Industrial Automation products and solutions (PLC, SCADA, Drives, MCCs, DCS, Safety Systems, etc.).

Strong network within end users, EPCs, and system integrators in Oman or the GCC region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.

Valid Oman / GCC driving license preferred.
