Sales Manager - Industrial Automaton

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are urgently seeking an experienced and result-oriented Bilingual Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives in the industrial automation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, electrical/instrumentation products, and proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development preferably within industrial automation or related industries.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) candidates only.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilitie

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
