Sales Manager – Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships (KSA)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow revenue for the ArabyAds Influencer Ecosystem (iConnect, indaHash & Dmenta) across KSA.

This role focuses on driving sales across influencer marketing solutions, meeting brands and agencies, and positioning ArabyAds as a leading partner for scalable, data-driven creator campaigns.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with relevant advertisers, agencies, and clients actively investing in influencer marketing, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth for ArabyAds’ influencer ecosystem
• Actively meet, pitch, and engage with brands, media agencies, and direct clients
• Sell the full ecosystem offering:
• iConnect (end-to-end influencer campaign management)
• indaHash (AI-powered influencer discovery & scaling)
• Dmenta (influencer content production & creative execution)
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across KSA.
• Identify opportunities across high-spending influencer marketing industries
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Work closely with internal influencer marketing execution teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Stay up to date with market trends, creator economy shifts, and platform updates
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or digital advertising in Al-Riyadh
• Strong network of brand and agency contacts in KSA
• Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
• Solid understanding of influencer marketing and digital media
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
