Job Summary:
Design Depot is a modern interior & design showroom delivering premium, customized interior solutions including kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and complete home aesthetics. We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager with 3–5 years of experience in high-end interior, furniture, or modular kitchen brands (e.g. Interwood, Porta, Habitt, ChenOne, or similar).
This role demands sales leadership, team building, and showroom performance ownership.
If you know how to convert walk-ins into long-term clients, build and lead a sales team, and close premium interior projects, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
1. Drive showroom sales for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and interior solutions.
2. Handle high-value clients, understand their requirements, and convert them into closed projects.
3. Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
4. Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and deal closures in coordination with design teams.
Team Hiring & Leadership
5. Hire, train, and build a strong sales team from scratch.
6. Set KPIs, sales targets, and performance benchmarks for the team.
7. Coach the team on customer handling, upselling, and premium selling techniques.
8. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
9. Ensure exceptional showroom experience for walk-in and scheduled clients.
10. Act as a brand ambassador of Design Depot with professional appearance and communication.
11. Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Operations & Reporting
12. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
13. Forecast sales trends and propose growth strategies.
14. Coordinate with design, operations, and management teams for smooth execution of projects.
Hiring Criteria: Qualification & Skills
1) 7–10 years of experience in interior design / furniture / modular kitchen brands.
2) Bachelor / Master degree
3 Proven experience in team hiring, training, and management.
4) Strong closing skills for high-ticket sales.
5) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6) Ability to work with targets, pressure, and deadlines.
7) Familiarity with showroom sales processes and customer journey.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
