Sales Manager - Interior Fit-out

We are a well-established and reputed fit-out company in Dubai, delivering high-quality commercial, retail, and residential interior solutions. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit-out and interior contracting sector.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

· Lead the sales cycle from inquiry to closing, including preparation of proposals and presentations.

· Collaborate closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to deliver competitive and timely bids.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

· Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and presentations.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the fit-out/interior contracting industry within the UAE.

· Strong client network in Dubai and the wider UAE market (mandatory).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple leads effectively.

· Valid UAE driving license.

· Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
